LIGHTS, CAMERA…CUT: Wrapping up our Break With a Pro Workshops

After an action-packed year of our Break with a Pro Series, featuring everyone from directors to editors to VFX artists, we finished up with an incredible workshop from TV and film composers. This online workshop provided an energizing finale to a year of creativity and learning, a year in which students honed their skills through interactive sessions and gained invaluable advice on breaking into the film industry. Keep an eye on our website for the start of our 2024-2025 Break With a Pro Series this Fall!

FADE OUT ON: Five weeks of storytelling success

Our pilot Screenwriting Mentorship Program has concluded after five incredibly special weeks. Truthfully, nobody, including us, knew what to expect when we kicked off this online program, and what it turned into was something far more beautiful than what we could have imagined. The dedication of every single person involved–mentor and mentee–was beyond admirable, and we hope that each person was able to forge relationships and memories that will last them a long time. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the screenwriters who ignited a passion for filmmaking in these young writers. We can’t wait to see our young filmmakers’ scripts come to life on the big screen!
